The Employment Tribunal is an independent judicial body established to resolve disputes between employers and employees over employment rights. If your employee has brought a claim against your organisation, we can represent you at an Employment Tribunal hearing.
The Employment Tribunal will hear claims about employment matters such as unfair dismissal, discrimination, wages and redundancy payments.
Prior to your employee issuing a claim at the Employment Tribunal, the Advisory, Conciliation and Arbitration Service (Acas) must be notified through Early Conciliation. An independent, impartial Acas Conciliator will then attempt to help both parties to resolve their differences.
