Mark specialises in Residential Conveyancing and has 16 years of experience in this area.
During this time Mark has successfully completed and overseen a large number of cases including complex high value transactions. He deals with sales, purchases, new builds, remortgages, transfers of equity, assents, auction sales and home equity release matters. He also has a wealth of experience in assisting Residential Management Companies and offers a certification service for migration agents.
At his previous firm, Mark was head of department and Senior Responsible Officer for the firm’s membership of the Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme. His duties included managing an active caseload whilst supervising a number of staff in his team.
Mark believes that every client should have a positive experience when instructing a solicitor to deal with a property transaction. He understands that whilst moving home can be a stressful and emotional experience, this can be managed by clearly explaining the legal process and communicating at all times with the client as to the progress of the matter.
